The 3 charges are:-
#1 : Failing to reveal information on two office unit in Jalan Yap Kwan Seng which belong to his elder sister Rohmah @ Hasmah and younger sister Roslina in his written statement which was given under oath;
#2 : Failing to reveal information on his 154,000 units if shares worth about RM200,000.00 in a property company, Permaju Industries Berhad; and
#3 : Unlawfully engaging in business
And the Commercial Crimes Investigation Department (CCID) director, Datuk Ramli Yusoff is likely to face more court action.
